This notice explains how Debtics, the debt-collection software of Beveron Technologies (“Debtics”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data through this website (debtics.com). We act as the controller of that data and process it in line with the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL). If you do not agree with this notice, please do not submit personal data through the site.

Who we are

Debtics is operated by Beveron Technologies, Suite 101, Building 6, Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai (UAE). For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@debtics.com.

What data we collect

When you complete a form on this site (contact, demo booking or free-trial signup), we collect:

• Your name;
• Email address;
• Phone / mobile number;
• Company name;
• Country (and, for demo bookings, city and job title);
• The message or enquiry details you choose to send us.

We also automatically collect limited technical data: your IP address, the page you submitted from (the originating page), and analytics data generated by Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (for example a randomised identifier, device and browser information, and pages viewed). Analytics run in a cookieless mode and do not set analytics cookies until you accept them via our cookie banner, see Cookies & analytics below.

Why we use it & our lawful basis

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the demo, trial or information you requested;
• Manage our sales-lead pipeline and follow up about Debtics as a potential customer;
• Send you related marketing email about Debtics where you have asked to hear from us or have not objected, you can opt out at any time.

Our lawful bases under the PDPL are your consent (which you give by submitting a form and which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries and developing our business, balanced against your rights. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to your request.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and lead data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, while we are in contact with you and, thereafter, for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship or a legitimate follow-up interest. When it is no longer needed, or if you ask us to erase it, we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you:

• Google (Analytics & Tag Manager), website analytics and tag management, as described in the Cookies section below;
• Our email / SMTP mail provider, enquiries submitted on this site are delivered to the Debtics sales inbox by email so our team can reply.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UAE. In particular, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may transfer analytics data to Google servers located in other countries (including the United States). Where such transfers occur, they are made under the safeguards offered by the provider and in accordance with the PDPL's rules on cross-border transfers.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics tags load in a denied, cookieless state by default, and only set cookies after you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. The tools we use are:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM), loads and manages our analytics tags. GTM itself does not set analytics cookies.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measures site usage. When you accept analytics cookies, GA4 sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id> to distinguish visitors and sessions.
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced), some pages embed videos using the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which does not store cookies for tracking unless you play a video.

Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to request its erasure, to object to or restrict its processing (including for marketing), and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@debtics.com or use the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and changes apply on a going-forward basis.
